The staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast served also nice but can add more choice and increase the quality of it
The bed bed makes noise，room sound insulation is very poor.

Wonderful
Great service from Silvi in the restaurant. She interacted magnificently with our very large extended family over lunch. High quality, clean, air conditioned and reasonably priced eateries within very short walking distances of the hotel. We'll certainly consider staying here again at our next family reunion. Better value than staying in Jalan Dagen.
Only two pillows for a double bed. Other hotels of equivalent quality give 4 pillows.

Honeymoon
We got spoiled with honeymoon cake and a personal message on the TV. The service from the staff was exceptional, from the entrance staff to the cleaners and of course the food service. Also a great view of Merapi mountain.
